Quinta no Pinhal

84_IMG_0010You can stay at our pleasant double rooms ( one of them also a 3 person bedroom) which Quinta no Pinhal offers. The Quinta is situated on a plot of 1 hectare with a lot of trees in a green surrounding. The stay is inclusive breakfast and the use of the lovely swimming pool. All of the rooms have their own bathroom.

Zwembad met overdekte buitenruimte QNPYour breakfast will be served at the veranda of the Quinta. We can also take care of a halfboard arrangement which means that we will bring you to a good and cosy Portuguese restaurant nearby where you can enjoy your self chosen menu. After you enjoyed your meal you will be brought back to our Quinta.

Environment

In this region, called the Pinhal Interior, because of the great number of pine trees, also exist a lot of olive orchards, eucalyptus and citrus trees but also cork oaks and of course the big amount of "vinhas" vineyards. In spring the mimosa with it´s typical yellow sweet smelling flowers decorates this region. Often you will meet the peasant cart with the dunkey. A lot of the portugese people here live of agriculture. In the summer there are a lot of markets and festivals with music and dancing to honour the saint.
