Canyoning

During this short break you will enjoy the cascades, lagunes and beautiful river banks and beaches in unspoiled nature. Walking along the flow and jumping from several heights into the lagunes of the Ribeira de Pena as well as sliding down the hills. The small but rough valley and the impessing cliffs make this trip unforgettable!
Climbing
With a view over the valley of the river rio Mondego you will start at Peneda de Castro in Penacova village in the middle of Portugal. On this guided trip you will experience impressive panoramic views, rock formations known as the Library. Next day you will go to the Buracas de Casmilo for a more strenuous climb. With the guide you will succeed to discover the beautyness of these `chambers` in a granite massiv.
Mountainbiking
Discover unspoiled nature at the Serra de Lousã! On these Mountainbike routes you will pass by the most beautiful spots of the Serra where you easily can admire the dear, roebuck, wild boar and birds of prey. The famous Schist villages form part of some routes. The routes also include the top of the Serra, Alto de Trevim, more than 1200m high. It is also popular among the best teams of the world for training activities and testing the bikes and material.

Canoeing
On a beautiful spot in the idylic nature you will depart from one of the biggest dam lakes named Aguieira in the centre of Portugal and arrive at the river beach of Senhora da Ribeira. A cano trip of 8 kms through the stunning hilly green landscapes. The second trip will be from Penacova Mondego riverbeach to the ancient city Coimbra, Unesco World Heritage.
